Okay so let's not mince words.

You need an experienced, innovative and hard working creative agency to help you implement your ideas online. Let's assume that we know our onions when it comes to the web and move on, we have a solid decade of experience in web design and web development under our collective belts after all.

But we know that's not enough! We adhere to and believe in the following

* Websites and web applications should meet the needs of the businesses that own them and pay for them and should not be simply platforms for a designer's vanity. A solid business case is a must for any development, with clear achieveable goals at its core.

* We make sure that Google, Yahoo and lesser search engines like our websites as much as humans. This helps to achieve good 'organic' traffic, something that is critical to the success of any online development.

* All of our sites function in a wide range of environments. A short list would be Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera, Opera Mini, PCs (old and new, widescreen and not), Apple Macs, Apple iPhones*, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3 etc etc etc. You get the picture; there's literally thousands of ways of accessing the web these days. We don't punish your potential audience for choosing how to use the internet.

(Did you know that as of Nov '08 there are more than 10 million iPhones in the world? That's a lot of people to ignore!)

* That our pricing is consistent, fair and transparent. We do not charge ongoing maintainence fees like many of our competitors. If we break it, we'll fix it. Any other approach is simply dishonest in our view.
